Facial Hair Remover?

it is really good?

have you try it?

http://shop.avon.com/shopb/product.asp?s…Facial Hair Remover?
It removes the hair grows back in about 2 weeks, make sure it is facial hair removerif its for use on your face and never use it longer than the recomended time or it will irritate skin and cause temporary redness, it is fine to use hair does not grow back any thicker, Ive used it a few times. good luck xFacial Hair Remover?
I wouldnt recommend getting hair removal creams for the face only because there is a chance that the hair can become more visible when it grows back. That cream most likely works like nair does. But I wouldnt use it, unless you have really fine light facial hair.
Razor, works on me. ;)

Can u suggest me to remover unusual facial hairs?

either

1)go 4 some laser or elecrolysis

2)try bleaching which ld help it match with your skin colour

but never ever go in 4 pluckin or shavin or threadin or waxin which can seriously damage your skin

Threading is the best method to use on the face.
Shave or tweeze. The face is a little too sensitive for waxing or depilatory creams. If you want to spend a little money electrolysis or laser hair removal are supposed to be good.
I use threading for my eye brows, and hair removal cream for my moustache.

Nair hair remover? does it make your hair grow back THICKER AND DARKER (both body and facial.)?

does itdoes it irritate sensitive skin? does it hurt?Nair hair remover? does it make your hair grow back THICKER AND DARKER (both body and facial.)?
Oh. I despise Nair. I don't think it makes the hair grow back thicker and darker, but it messed up my skin. I left it on for 3 minutes and it burned holes in my skin, and I don't have very sensitive skin.

Shaving is the best bet. Or laser hair removal.Nair hair remover? does it make your hair grow back THICKER AND DARKER (both body and facial.)?
I have never used it on my face, but other areas. I myself have sensitive skin and nair actually makes one for sensitive skin. There is also one made by Veet. I don't use it a lot but I never noticed hair growing in any thicker or darker. I must say that you need to test a small area before going gung ho and doing your whole body.
NO. Your hair is pretty much pre-determined. it will NOT make it thicker, or darker. It will hurt sensitive skin a LOT though, even the kind made for sensitive skin. Especially the first few times you use it. Try waxing instead maybe.
yes hair grows in thicker and darker and it can be irritating for sensitive skin. It only hurts if you have an allergic reaction to it, be sure to test it first and only use the facial type on your face.
No, it does not make your hair come back thicker. I have used it many times and it makes for very smooth skin after use, and your hair will take longer to come back than if you shave. I have sensitive skin and I am able to use it. It does not hurt my skin, but do not leave it on longer than suggested on the bottle or you can get a chemical burn. I just have to make sure that I rinse my hands very well after applying it and also wash my skin with a mild soap (I use Dove) after I have finished using the product. It would be best to use it on a small patch of your skin first to make sure you are not allergic to it. If any redness, swelling or itching develops do not use it.

Are electric facial hair removers good for sensitive skin?

I've tried nair and no matter now long or short I keep it on I get the same results. My skin is red and puffy, and it burns like I've lit a match to it. I'm really looking for something that's safe for my sensitive skin. Nothing seems to work short of shaving, and I'm really not going to go that route. I have horrid sideburns, and I get teased by guys that I have mutton chops. And it is horrible and embarassing. If anyone has had this problem with creams and has a helpfull hint it will be much appreciated! Thank you!Are electric facial hair removers good for sensitive skin?
Go for IPL . It is permanent not painful but very expensive.

Intense Pulse Light. Are electric facial hair removers good for sensitive skin?
Are you ok with pain?

There are 2 ways I'd suggest:

1. Wax. The down side....it will hurt, at least the first few times. BUT..it will get RID of the hair in a few SECONDS, and it will eventually grow back sparser and you'll get desensitized to the pain.

2. I have this thing called a Tweez-E. I use it for my brows in the center/ankle hair/the stray chin hairs I get here and there... ;) It's like a bunch of tweezers at the same time pulling out the hairs. It will also result in (eventually) causing hair to be sparse and desensitizing, but you can vary the amount you pluck at a time (if you don't want a suddenly BALD look like waxing)...but it takes longer and you have to have pain longer.

  • Facial hair removers (for girls)???

Ok there are two that I have tried for my upper lip and one is Sally Hansen Creme Hair Remover and the other is Sally Hansen Honey Wax thingy.

Well the creme thing really (seriously, I can't use it) irritates my skin and it is not easy to apply at all (to me) and it only partially works.

The wax hardly works. Maybe I am using it wrong. But I have read all the instructions, and if I am still doing it wrong, then it is way too complicated for me.

But does anyone have any other suggestions?? I cant afford to go to a waxing lady every month. I need stuff that is not pricey and I can buy at drustores.Facial hair removers (for girls)???
sally hansen wax strips. they have the wax on the strips already, just rub it between ur hands to warm it. It comes in two different packaging, for facial and body. get the body, you get soo much more bigger strips for just about the same exact price, just cut them down to the size you need. Ive been through sooooo many different types of hair removers and i think this one is the best oneFacial hair removers (for girls)???
I like the Sally Hansen lavendar wand for the face. If that's the one you already tried then I'd suggest trying cold wax strips next. I didn't think they would work but was pleasantly surprised.
I use Nair. They have creme that is specially made to remove facial hair (for women).

    Best facial hair removers?

I've tried everything under the sun,

body hair has been a massive problem for me growing up, not just facial!

for your face don't shave or use creams because it only grows back thicker, it'll end up looking like a man's stubble!

the best thing to do is 'threading' a traditional Indian way of removing the hair using cotton thread. u can wax the rest of your body but as the face is sensitive waxing it regularly could harm it.

if you only have small unnoticeable hair u can bleach it using products such as 'jolen' and it bleaches the hair so there not as visible unless Ur stood underneath a light!

laser hair removal would be a more permanent solution but it is very expensive and not guaranteed to work with all hair types.

    Facial hair removers?

Has anyone ever used Avon's, Skin so Soft cream facial hair remover? Is is safe to use. I am fair skinned.Facial hair removers?
yes but dont leave it on a minute longer than it says too...Facial hair removers?
Yes it is safe to use. Its just a gentler version of nair that won't irritate your face. I've used it for years. You have to be careful using it though.

1)Put it on in a thick even layer. If you don't use enough it won't do anything.

2)Watch the clock! Check a small spot even before its supposed to be done. If it wipes off easily then your done, if it doesn't leave it on a little longer. But don't leave it on for longer than 5 minutes. This is why people complain that it irritates their skin...because they leave it on too long and it can burn a little. So just watch your time.

3)Wipe it off in smooth strokes with a wash cloth. Don't rub it though. Your skin will be tender. Then splash cool water over the skin to get any residue.

    4)Pat dry. Again don't rub.

Follow that and you'll be good to go! Avon is my favorite! Very gentle, and has worked everytime I use it.
    no but its probably safe
Darlin if i were u i wud stay awat from hair removal creams all together!Because they are extremely bad for ur skin and these days god knows wat carap they are putting in them.If u are feeling concious facial hair maybe u wud go with something like waxing they area or a course of electrolisis or laser hair removal depends on how much hair u are trying to remove. If u need any more advice dnt hesitate to ask as im a beauty therapist ok.Hope iv been of some help

Facial hair removers such as nair?

Just wondering if anyone has used any of the facial hair removers by Nair or Sally or any other brand? Did it work? How long did the hair stay gone? Which product did you use and how much did it cost? Im looking for something at walmart lol, so nothing too expensiveFacial hair removers such as nair?
    I like Sally Hansen products.

Stayed gone for about week and a half or so...my hair grows fast :(

It's not too expensive, don't remember how much, under $10 I'm sure.

Just a tip: Do Not Rub it Off when done!!! OMG will it burn if you leave it too long or rub off the cream. Be very careful. It will work great, but I cannot stress enough: do not rub off or leave it over the recommended time!

Oh, yes.. answerer above me reminded me. You might also break out. Do not use any makeup for at least 24hrs or so. I usually rinse with cool water and just dab dry. Use oil-free moisturizer to prevent drying. You'll get the hang of it after a while :)Facial hair removers such as nair?
I have used different products... Nads and Sally Hansen are the one's i've used the most. If you talking about hair on my upper lip....GOOD LUCK. not to scare u but it hurts like a mother... and unfortunatly with the initial irritation and what not most people tend to break out and get lots of little white heads on the area. not fun.... sorry.
I use Nair, it's good but can make my skin tingle a little if I leave it on too long.

Dont know how much it is as Ive had it for ages, but it must be cheap for me to buy it!! LOL
Most of the time I use this product called

'; Finishing Touch Lumina Lighted Hair Remover'; $9.00

I got it from Walgreens..it can be purchased at Walmart too..

It works quite well but i use it daily..

    I also use this one ';

Sally Hansen Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Face, Eyebrows %26amp; Bikini '; $ 5.49

The Sally Hansen hair remover wax kit i use on my upper lip..hair stayed gone for about a good 3 weeks for me..
Sally Hansen is very good- both the wax and the lotion, and it's cheap.

Make sure you test it on your forearm for allergies, or it can get really ugly.

ETA: Don't leave it on longer than the recommended time. If you do, it'll burn like hell

If you're looking for permanent hair removal of dark hairs, you may want to look into laser hair removal or IPL. These are more effective then home treatments, however, the do cost quite a bit. Home remedy that I've used is a mild hair bleaching formula to mask the appearance of darker hairs. Has anyone tried these sort of things? Do you grow back thicker than before hair on your upper lip? Will it look like stubble? Or does it actually work? Thank you.Do those facial wand hair remover creams make your upper lip hair grow back thicker when you use it?
That facial wand is a gimmick...i bought one a while back and it's just like a razor so i never ended up actually using it...just use nair...it's quick and easy...takes just 3 minutes...just make sure you follow the instructions properly...like washing the area with water and soap first and i wash it after too. Waxing is painful and expensive and you have to wait for the hair to grow back in order to wax it again. If you want to wax just wax at home...it's easy too but more expensive than nair but still less expensive than going to a salon...nad's makes a wax wand now that you just roll on and use the cloth to wax off...simple and easy and Nad's really doesn't hurt bcause it's all natural...but really nair is your best bet for cheapest because one bottle of nair cost less than 5 bucks and it will last you a long time. Don't waist your money on that facial wand...it's just an electric razor.Do those facial wand hair remover creams make your upper lip hair grow back thicker when you use it?
I'm Asian and I just have to wax my lip again say..every 6-7 months? Just twice a year. I think it's worth it!

Does sally hanson facial hair remover work?

does the sally hanson facial cream hair remover work? cuz i dont want to wax thats too painful, and dont want to bleach cuz i heard it discolorates the skin or somethin. i have a little bit of dark peach fuzz on my lip and its bothered me for soo long.there was this one girl in my grade and everyone made fun of her because she had lip hair(shes my friend). then one day when im talking to her, i noticed the hair was gone. i assumed she shaved it cuz u could see little black dots of hair where she shaved it. and now i know shaving is also bad. lol. but does this work, how does it work, and how long does it last?Does sally hanson facial hair remover work?
it does work but it smells bad and it may irritate your skin a little not to bad though it starts to grow back a little less than a week give or take but shaving makes it look like its grown back thicker though it does not grow thicker it just appears that way because the way the razor cuts hair at the surfaceDoes sally hanson facial hair remover work?
Just follow the instructions, it should work fine. But make sure you check on a little part of your skin to make sure you dont have any reaction to the remover.

Also, you want to stay far, far away from shaving facial hair.

But if you can, you might want to consider alternatives such as threading or waxing (I know you said it might be too painful), but it gets better after a while. And it's relatively inexpensive, but I suggest you getting a professional to do it, especially your first time!

  • Does plucking or using facial hair remover make the hair grow thicker or faster? i'm getting mixed answers

please reply!!! im only 22 and i dont want a beard!!!! my parents are of middle eastern decent so i already am naturally hairy. help! thank you :)Does plucking or using facial hair remover make the hair grow thicker or faster? i'm getting mixed answers
no, its a myth that removing hair makes it grow back faster and thicker, get rid of it in whatever way feels most comfortable for youDoes plucking or using facial hair remover make the hair grow thicker or faster? i'm getting mixed answers
YES...if you can avoid it dont shave it, pluck it or anything. if you need to do anything to it bleach it
If you pluck it long enough it quits growing. I know because my eyebrows don't grow back anymore.
    Facial hair remover, for sure.

Not only that, but it burns your skin!

    You should wax.

What facial hair remover should i use..!?

My hair on my face is not really noticable but i still dont want it there and im brown skinned because im mixed so would i be able to bleach it? (especially with my skin tone?) and if you bleach it to make it lighter do you have to keep doing it or just a one time thing? and if its lotions please do not say Nair i herd that stuff burns your face and im not in for that and what about waxing does that make it grow back thicker and spiky or does it grow back the same and how long does it last tell me the best method pleaseWhat facial hair remover should i use..!?
SmoothAway! What facial hair remover should i use..!?
I use nair it doesn't burn my skin. you can but nair for sensitive skin. Try a bit first on the inside of yur arm where yur elbow is leave it for 24 hours. If you don't start to itch or burn then your fine. Also if you leave it too long on your face it will burn. You could try nads. Or waxing. Waxing usually lasts a week or so before it starts growing back and they say the more you wax the hair gradually grows back thinner and not thicker.
Go to a professional to get a wax.I have a ask cosmogirl all about beauty book and it said that you can get a laser or wax you can shave it too if you want if you wan t a professional it might be $30 or up.
Do not shave, it will grow back thicker bleach is usually the best option or waxing strips, which you can buy yourself or have it done at a beauty salon
just shave it. that's what i do with my facial hair. or you can get laser hair removal.
Actually, i use nair sometimes. It dosnt burn ur face. Maybe it depends on were u r using it.
well dont shave it that makes u get stubby and ingrown hairs wax is the best im mixed too and wax is what i use it wont grow back thick its grows back very fine

You can remove your facial hair by threading or waxing. As for large pores, some of these face masks might help:

http://myblogonbeauty.blogspot.com/2008/鈥?/a>HElp me pretty please? what is a good facial hair remover? and how can i minimize the size of my pores?
    oh my gosh girl

NEVER use nair on your face, it's for legs and elsewhere

    but never on your face

b/c nair is too strong and damages your skin, you need to see a dermotologist as to what cream to put on to save your facial tissues

but if for any reason you can't go see a doctor, try baby lotion for two weeks until your facial skin gets a bit more normal, and baby lotion has the least irritant and might help recover the damages =)

ok facial hair remover that's gentle? well it doesn't exist LOL that's the pain we women have to go through to look beautiufl =)

anyways try waxing, i've heard after a while you are used to it LOL but trust me, it's better than nair on your face
never use nair for your face, try using turmeric mixed with a little water =]
facial hair? Meaning, on your forehead, or upperlip, or eyebrows? For your upperlip i suggest waxing, and for your eyebrows you should definitely thread. Using nair on your face is not a very wise idea, since its harmful for that area. I don't think you're even suppose to use it there, but anyhow, threading or waxing is the best way to go.
there is nothing better than laser hair removal. It may be quite expensive but its worth the price. You will not have unwanted hairs permanently(forever). Ask your dermatologist what you could do to vanish those spots.

    Facial hair.. remover?

    what works best?

    others say wax

    %26amp; shavers.......

like im talking 'bout those little hairs like your sideburns and the mustache.. lol....

wouldnt it look green if i shave them with a razor?Facial hair.. remover?
wax! or thread. don't do anything that will remove them just from the surface.. you need to yank them right from the root, which isn't hard considering there isn't a lot to work with. i thread my eyebrows and wax anything else on my face.

make sure you dab wherever with a little astringent or alcohol afterwards so you don't break out. your skin gets really sensitive and the pores are wide open after you wax/thread, and more prone to bacteria getting in and getting inflamed.Facial hair.. remover?
vaniqa its persription but it works
You can go to the store and buy like mustache for women removers.. They have good ones at walgreens. :)
Let's start at the beginning. Most women in America have some degree of moustache growth. Clearly you fit that description.

If there's not too much of it, you don't really need to do anything? Most guys are OK about women with, for example, a slight moustache.

If you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer and there's a lot of misleading ';information'; around.

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

    1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many

    2) your body producing high levels of testosterone

The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache. Believe me, it shows up far, far worse.

As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that

    * Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.

    * Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.

    * Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.

    * Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin and does not cause the hair to grow more or coarser or faster. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Philips/Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Philips/Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

don't use any hair removal products. There are little immature hairs on every part of your external body except for youreyes and they are light colored and usually unoticable. Using those products kills them and also the black or dark hairs you are trying to get rid of, creating more dark and thick hairs, and to an extent making hair on your lip much more visible. Plucking takes care of only the hair you want gone, and doesn't make more dark hairs.Should i use SALLY HANSEN FACIAL HAIR remover on my upper lip?
i use the sally hansen and have nothing but success with it.

my advice would be to use it after the shower because your pores will be open. i am 17 and i leave it on for about 3 minutes and that usually works for me. to test the amount of time you need to use it i would do a spot test and if it comes off with 3 minutes do 3 minutes. it should also come with a vitamin E solution which is used after the procedure to mosturize the area because the chemical tends to burn the skin. i hope my advice helps! good luck! =]

does the sally hanson facial cream hair remover work? cuz i dont want to wax thats too painful, and dont want to bleach cuz i heard it discolorates the skin or somethin. i have a little bit of dark peach fuzz on my lip and its bothered me for soo long.there was this one girl in my grade and everyone made fun of her because she had lip hair(shes my friend). then one day when im talking to her, i noticed the hair was gone. i assumed she shaved it cuz u could see little black dots of hair where she shaved it. and now i know shaving is also bad. lol. but does this work, how does it work, and how long does it last?Does sally hanson facial hair remover work?
Yes, I also use the Sally Hansen depilatory, but I use the one in the tube that you apply with your finger. Typically, I only have to leave it on for 4 minutes, but everybody is different. It just depends how resistant your hair is to the chemical. (Depilatory is a chemical that weakens the keratin bonds in the hair, allowing it to easily be wiped from the hair follicle.) I use it about once a month. Be sure to follow the directions very carefully, to avoid any allergic reaction or sensitivity. And remember, when you finish your first bottle and purchase another, be sure to check your timing again (I once purchased another tube and didn't realize they had reformulated. I left it on for eight minutes because that had always worked before, and seriously burned my lip area.)Does sally hanson facial hair remover work?
It works; I know this because I use it! I use the Sally Hansen brush-on hair removal cream. It comes in a little white bottle with a brush in it. You leave it on for 7 minutes and then you wipe it off. Sometimes it misses a few hairs, but you can just pluck those off. It works pretty well and it lasts for a while too :)

Will nair facial hair remover combat with differin acne medicine?

get ready for a detailed question lol

okay recently, for no reason that i can think of, the hair on my upper lip has darkened and become intensely noticeable. i'm mixed race -- black and white -- so i have slightly tanned skin, meaning that i'm not so sure if i should bleach it because it might become more obvious. waxing sounds waaay too painful. so i guess i'll use nair facial hair remover, but the thing is i've been using differin acne medicine and i'm not sure if it'll cause a bad reaction. :(

anyone know if it'll cause any problems? any tips? Will nair facial hair remover combat with differin acne medicine?
You shouldn't wax or use nair! You can burn your skin with nair and if you try to wax you can rip your skin off. Differin thins the skin. Honestly, shave until you are done using the differin. It won't make your hair thicker or darker. You can do it once/twice a week.

Bleach sucks, who wants a blonde mustache!?Will nair facial hair remover combat with differin acne medicine?
if it is a prescription ask your doctor. your skin could be more sensitive to chemicals since you are on a acne medication.

    Sally hansen facial hair remover..?

so i recently bought the sally hansen hair remover cream for the face.

i used it yesterday. it didn't work so well :\ i used it on my upper lip %26amp; i think i left it on for a bit too long [around 8 minutes] because there is a small burn mark on the side of my mouth. when i tested a little to see if it was working, the hair did not come off. the hair on my upper lip is kind of dark %26amp; thick.

right now the hair is a little bit shorter ? but slightly darker and a little patchy in some spots.

i was wondering if anyone had any advice about how to use this product better ? or if i should even use it. should i use wax strips instead? or thread it? i have no idea. please help me out =]Sally hansen facial hair remover..?
Sally Hansen works on my arms and the light thin hairs on my face, but not the dark thick ones. I burned my chin and lip last week. :(

Threading is hard, by the way.

Wax strips don't work very well for me either.

I've tried tweezing but you have to do it very often for a long time if you get lots of hairs.

If you can go to a salon, do so.

You can't get ridof the burns; put some Neosporin on them or makeup that heals like Almay.Sally hansen facial hair remover..?
sally hansen products didn't work for me either. Don't exceede the time though. Try Surgi it works great and is natural and comes with a moisturizer. Make sure to test first you don't want to have an allergic reaction

    Procedure:

Blend the egg white with sugar and corn flour. Blend it well until it becomes a sticky paste. Apply the mixture to your face. When it dries gently peel it off. Repeat this three to four times a week.

Any facial hair removal product can cause a reaction with the skin, especially the skin above the lips. Try using some ice to take the sting out of the skin and then apply some none fragrance moisturiser .

Ja.Reaction to facial hair remover help!?
    same same!!

i accidently used veet body hair removal cream on my face and it turned red and started to burn too, it really hurts doesnt it?

but dont worry its just a reaction.

it usually goes away the next day,and if ppl dont look closely they wont tell.

but if you have plans later on then you can ice it first, reduce the pain.

and then use a green cover up before you use you foundation or powder because green covers up red.

    good luck!
well dont worry there little lady

i have experience in this department

except i think you forgot mention something that you are taking testosteronewhich dont be embarassed because I am a F-M TG and when i was female i had to grow out of a beard and of course i got looks but now that the surgery is complete i feel like a well developed man

so STOP using nair and other creams and just be natural

  • Sally Hansan Facial Hair Remover...?

I just used the product and my face really hurts and its red. I tested it on both my elbow and stomach, waited 24 hours, but still had this reaction. Is this normal? What can I do to make it hurt less and make the redness go away? Thank you!Sally Hansan Facial Hair Remover...?
Ok, the skin on your face is too sensitive to the product. That is what is making it rash. The skin on your elbow and stomach are more durable than that of your face. So, the redness is temporary and will eventually reduce. Either place ice on it or an ointment. But next time, don't use this product. Or for that case, cream depilatories may not be your best bet for hair removal.Sally Hansan Facial Hair Remover...?
yeah normal. I find the skin on my face is much more sensitive then any where else. Don't leave it on your face any longer then they recomend. try doing it for less time if you can. The reddness and pain usually clear within an hour.
dont worry, lots of people have that reaction after removing facial hair. the redness will go away after a day or two. i hope this helps =]
your elbow? y?...... no its not normal use ice and leave it alone
Because the Sally Hansen kind of burns the delicate facial skin.

Do yourself a favor. Go buy yourself a waxer. They are $40 at the beauty supply store. You will never regret it. I bought one 5 years ago and I wax my 'stache every couple weeks. I feel in control with having my own waxer.
Tough on the skin~ looks like. I would stop using this product. I've found out waxing leaves a red mark without pain. Have you tried wax?
    Oh, that stuff is terrible.

I used it once and it pretty much corroded my skin a little bit. It was kinda weird.

But all was fine in a couple days. [:

Just put some Neosporin on it or something and it'll be fine.
sally hansean isnt that good of a brand

    Need a facial hair remover..?

so I've noticed i have some hair along my cheeks/jawline. even though its not that noticable it bothers me a little.

are there any good facial hair removers that last a little longer than others. how will my skin look while the hair is regrowing?

no laser..Need a facial hair remover..?
My mom was on steroids from the doctor, she grew peach fur, that she noticed but no one else did. The doctor told her NOT to remove it, as it will grow back thicker. Just leave it. Everyone has hair everywhere except for palms of hands, and bottoms of feet.Need a facial hair remover..?
Try nads or nair. I know theres millions of horror stories, but they've both come along way. They smell better and are less harsh on the skin. I use nair to do my upper lip all the time and it works wonderful!!

like i have facial hair around my mouth and i need help on method that would work, like is Nair a good product for it or not? please help me with your suggestionsHelp~~ facial hair remover?
i wouldnt do it myself , i would let someone do it for me . But if you do it nair would be an excellent product theres also a good product by Neutrogena i would use that.Help~~ facial hair remover?
Thier is a bleach formula for arms and legs that might work. It stings for 12 min. then you take a shower. Simple enough? You could also tweeze it, wax it ,or bleach it. They have alot of product at drugstores like Rite Aid and also grocery stores. I've never tried Nair. I would probably say don't use Nair because my mom tried it once and she said it smelt really bad in the shower. Since you would be appling it to your lip ( right next to your nose) I wouldn't unless you don't mnd the smell. Well, good luck. I have the same problem, and so do other people, they must have 100's of solutions. :)

will it make my hairs grow in darker and thicker and how long will it take to grow in because when i shave my legs it grows in the next day but my face hair im not to sure how long it will take to grow in if i use sally hanson facial removerSally hanson facial hair remover?
I've used it, everyone's different but for me the hair usually grows back after about a week. It's not darker or thicker, softer and finer (like after waxing, not stubbly like shaving). I recommend using it before bed since my skin is usually red for awhile afterwards, and you have to let the step 2 soothing cream stuff soak in anyway.Sally hanson facial hair remover?
I use Nair face cream and it works wonders. It doesn't grow back for 2-3 weeks. You just have to maker sure you don't have an allergic reaction. ^_^

  • Facial hair remover creams?

Just bought a facial hair remover cream and wondered about peoples experience with it? I've bought a special facial/sensitive one from boots. I really, really don't want to get red marks/burns. I'm going to patch test it first. Just wondered about peoples experience who followed the instructions and used sensitive creams, have you still had red marks/burns and did it actually work e.g. remove all trace of hair, including stubble?Facial hair remover creams?
It's never gave me any bumps but I can have that stuff on for twice the recommended time %26amp; it might take off a couple hairs tops! And it stinks real bad to boot. Go for waxing when it comes to facial hair. It takes it all off %26amp; lasts a lot longer.

Nair facial hair remover or waxing?

    which is better?

    for facial hair and mustache?

and will it grow back quickly?i hope not...=[Nair facial hair remover or waxing?
Neither. Nair burns the skin chemically, and if you skin is sensitive, the wax can burn you too. I suggest you go for threading, or get an epilator. None of them are comfortable, but its better than being hairy.Nair facial hair remover or waxing?
Waxing is if you want to know between two.

With Nair yes, you may have to check for allergy test on your skin.

Threading is much better if you want to know the best.

and visit threading page to know more about.Good luck!
Get your face waxed because Nair causes irritation, redness and allergic reactions to most skin especially sensitive skin on the face.

The hair will not grow back any faster then normal hair.
waxing hurts but it's better to use if you don't want the hair to grow back quickly
Nair doesnt remove too well on upper lip. Grows back quickly too. Even though waxing hurts more, it grows slower

    Facial hair remover?

I have hairy cheeks. You can't see the hair, it's a light color. But whenever I use makeup my face looks horrible because of the damn hair. Are there any facial hair removers? Specifically ones I can find at the drugstore.Facial hair remover?
everyone has little hairs on there face i guess if yours is really long you could wax it i waxed my upper lip once and it didnt hurtFacial hair remover?
Do not start removing hair on your face. It is going to be a pain to keep up. You could have hair growth everyday like a guy. Even using nair is going to give you stubbles when the hair starts growing back in.

Go into a better department store(Macys, Carsons) or Ultra or Mary Kay. and get a make up consultation. Both Mary Kay and Ultra have powder base make up that might work better. Mary Kay will take back any product you don't like, no questions asked. You need to find the right product and application for your face.
Everyone has (what's called around here) ';peach fuzz.'; You can try removing it by waxing, or you could just shave with an electric razor.
you shouldn't use facial hair removers from drugstores because your facial hair will just grow back thicker and darker which will make it worse:/ try laser hair removal

Does anyone know what im doing wrong?Nair facial hair remover?

your not supposed to use water with it. wash the area and let it dry. then apply that product for about 15 min. and that should taked care of the hair..
okay, after washing the area make sure it is completely dry, then apply the nair generously, and NEVER leave it on for even a minute longer than recommended, I did that once and got a chemical burn (so have others that I know).

i have been a waxer for years and hands down facial waxing is the most painful

yes, even more painful than bikini line

but waxing is great when you get the hang of it
Dont use it. It is good but there are better methods.

    1. Threading, have you heard of it its much better you can type it in google if you haven't

    2. Use a cream wax if you choose to wax, its better than other waxes nice n soft bt does the trick . You can buy them on:

    www.beautyexpress.co.uk
NO! Don't do it, it tore the skin off my top lip. Then... a scab grew there. That's right, a scab over my ENTIRE upper lip. One might argue that I did it wrong or my skin was too sensitive for the product. Ive never has sensitive skin to ANY other products and a moron could read the directions. TAKE MY ADVISE-- don't do it! Not worth it when there is a possibility you could have a mustache for 2-3 weeks, when ironically that's what you re trying to get rid of in the first place??
yeah it works it you get the temperature right between wax and skin

it doesnt hurt anymore than other waxs

    yeah its ok
no they don't work, and yes, they hurt, and if you have sensitive skin then it may scar around pores.
    Probably does

    probably does

    i have never used it

I heard it was awesome and doesn't hurt at all

Have you tried looking on eBay?

Many self employed companies on eBay sell the refills. I usually get mine from there. Really cheap too. So go ahead and take a gander, you will find one for a really good price. Oh and dont worry, its not some chinese copy, Its the official ones. :)

Good luck!Has anyone used the Finishing Touch facial hair remover? ?
I got mine at Target... But I know how frustrating facial hair removal is. I finally went on ebay and got myself a Gigi Mini Pro waxing kit- it was only like $60.00 and you get everything you'll need... and if you're the only one using it, it'll last forever! And plus once you do, the only thing you really have to buy are the strips and wax! Just FYI...
Yes, I actually just got done using it, haha. It works really good. :) I would definitely recommend it.

  • Home-made facial hair remover that works? (Female mustache)?

I no tons of poeple are going to say go buy the stuff not ask for homemade but I'm broke (no money what so ever) and a realy bad facial hair problem(poeple were pointing at my upper lip at school)

So I'm asking for some home-made faical hair remove that you have used and works.

P.S. what little porductes I have bought have had by effect on my skin( red bumps)Home-made facial hair remover that works? (Female mustache)?
What will destroy hair will certainly have the potential to damage skin seriously. Even the professionals have a hard job getting it right.

If your moustache is growing, then it's time to start shaving it. Shaving doesn't make it either thicker or blacker -- it only gets thicker or darker if it would have got that way anyhow. Almost all dermatologists recommend shaving as the best way for a woman to remove her moustache.Home-made facial hair remover that works? (Female mustache)?
Go here: (( http://www.makeyourowncosmetics.com )) There is a recipe there to make your own sugar wax (honey, sugar, lemon juice). I've never used it so I can't say how good it works...............
    tweezers and a mirror
You know what I would recommend? Facial hair bleaching cream, by Sally Hansen. It's really easy to use, and the first time I used it, I only got two red bumps, and I hadn't even used the preconditioning thing.

I'd especially recommend it if you don't have that much facial hair, but it's just dark. The hair will become really light, practically invisible.

PS: DO NOT SHAVE YOUR MUSTACHE. IT WILL ONLY GROW BACK THICKER AND MORE HAIR WILL GROW.
sadly you arent going to be able to make anything at home unless you have a chemistry lab in your basement. hair removal products use chemicals to remove the hair...just save your money and get the tube of veet [with aloe] its for sensitive skin, so you wont break out...and in the mean time...i hate to say it, but just shave it! it usually only about $5-7 depending on where yiu get it! buy it at wal-mart or target, not a grocery or drug store, they charge wayy more...since moneys an issue! im sure you mom or dad has something you can do around the house to earn $10

guess im proven wrong, but i dont know how well it will work....

Super sensitive/eczema prone skin facial hair remover?

I have very sensitive/dry skin and tend to break out in small patches of eczema on my face now and again.

I want to get with of the hair above my lip and so far have tries lost of so called sensitive hair removal creams which have left my skin even more sensitive. So, I've resorted to shavin my upper lip once a week (I know its bad) but I don't know what else to do.

Can anyone recomend me any product or way to remove the hair?

thanksSuper sensitive/eczema prone skin facial hair remover?
I agree with SYJ, using tweezers on the hairs is the most effective method with sensitive skin types.

Make sure your upper lip is clean before doing it and it is best to do it just before bedtime to allow the reddening to calm down. It is time consuming at first but will get easier over the next few months and will hardly hurt as the hair follicles get weaker.

Use flat ended tweezers as oppose to slanted ones, this way you will be able sit on the sofa without a mirror and pluck away in the affected area.

Good luck.Super sensitive/eczema prone skin facial hair remover?
Go to a good beauty salon and get them to wax your upper lip,it is a bit stingy and stays red for half an hour after but is by far the most effective way of removing hair.

After a few tries at a salon you should be able to do it yourself.Have a word with the girls in salon, they tend to use a different wax for facial hair, for more sensitive skins.
It will sting a little at first but try tweezering out the upper lip hairs which annoy you. After the first few times you will not notice it and it saves all the worry of sensitive skin and allergic reactions.
im not sure regarding the hair removal... see your gp etc. However, i break out in stress related eczweyma and a very good cream i use is called elocon.its steriod based and must be applied thinly.
You can use Gilette Facial Cream with a clean razor. Do it at least once a month...not every week .
A good idea is to bleach the hair I also suffer from eczema and was scared of getting a reaction but when I tried it I was instantly converted. If you try this you won't be sorry!Hair is completely unnoticeable.
Go to your local beautician and they will be able to recommend a good product.

What's the best facial hair remover for someone who is 13?

i want something that doesnt hurt- like nair pretty is good for legs but i want eyebrows and upper lipsWhat's the best facial hair remover for someone who is 13?
If there's not too much of it, do you really need to do anything? Most guys are OK about women with, for example, a slight moustache.

If you do decide you have to do something, then watch out, because there's a lot of misleading information about.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before. What's the best facial hair remover for someone who is 13?

should i buy one that is specially made for the face or should i buy one that says like bikini, legs, arms and face?

and last time i used veet and it make my hair grow back thicker and faster which really sucked

so i was thinking of using nair this time

should i use wax or cream? When buying facial hair remover should i..?
you should definitely buy one specially made for the face. i would recommend nair face cream. it works really well, and the hair does not grow back, and you only have to do it about every two weeks. good luck!

    Nair facial hair remover?

I got Nair facial hair remover. I have black hairs around my upper lip that are noticable a lot. The thing is, i wet my lip, put the nair on (Not rubbing it in), leave it on for 5 minutes, then wipe it off with a damp wash clothe. It NEVER works. Does anyone know what im doing wrong?Nair facial hair remover?
My sister never uses water....the water molecules make a barrier and the nair cant really get to the area.....maybe just wash the area and then apply the nair....and if that doesnt work try leaving it on longer.Nair facial hair remover?
when i used nair on my legs i put like big blobs thats how it came off not with a thin layer but a thick one
your not supposed to use water with it. wash the area and let it dry. then apply that product for about 15 min. and that should taked care of the hair..
okay, after washing the area make sure it is completely dry, then apply the nair generously, and NEVER leave it on for even a minute longer than recommended, I did that once and got a chemical burn (so have others that I know).
    ew. no offense.

    haha..

i don't use face hair removal,

but maybe just don't get your face wet.
Please DO NOT use NAIR hair remover!

I used it and I got a horrific chemical burn that turned into a massive infection. Please look and my photos before you use this product.

    does it work?

do you like it?Nads facial hair remover strips?
Yes it hurts, No it does not work, And No I do not like it and will never use it again.Nads facial hair remover strips?
if you've never done any kind of waxing before go to a professional to get it done

you can really hurt yourself by doing it at home if you don't know what you are doing

    i have used nads before

but i don't think it hurt less than other kinds of wax necessarily

i have been a waxer for years and hands down facial waxing is the most painful

yes, even more painful than bikini line

but waxing is great when you get the hang of it
Dont use it.

    Probably does

    probably does

    i have never used it
That is possibly the best worded question ever.
No, No and NO! I bought it years ago and it's a sticky mess. Wax is so much better.
idk i never used it but i heard it doesnt work good
I heard it was awesome and doesn't hurt at all
    i dont know

    i dont know

    i dont know
I just bought it today...I'll let you know!
    it hurts

    it works

    its ok i guess
do you like nads on your face?
    use duct tape
ouch! no i dont i'd choose wax and hair bleach any day over them

I know they sell refills of the blade cap (somewhere online) which is al ot cheaper than having to buy the whole device again at 10$ every time the blade goes dual...where can I buy them online I already goggled it but I can't find it

I know that I saw them once online the blades aloneHas anyone used the Finishing Touch facial hair remover? ?
    hey JenRow.

DONT USE IT my best friends mother has had 2 patients (she isa nurse'; whos skin was burnt usingit and they all had to get three layersof skin removed

So I'm asking for some home-made faical hair remove that you have used and works.

    Aloe Vera works for me

Cosmetically: use a green cover up before you use you foundation or powder...when the burn is older you might have to use yellow before your foundation or powder

green covers red(acne, rosacia) and yellow covers dark(under eye circlesand bruises...don't ask)

I leared it in Cometology and use it religiously!I Burn my face with a facial hair remover, how can i make the red go away?
Try applying a little bit of baby oil to the red.I Burn my face with a facial hair remover, how can i make the red go away?
put ice on it and don't rub or scratch it
    use aloe vera
    I recommend icing it.

DO NOT RUB OR INCREASE THE IRRITATION. This will result in scarring.
Just use some aloe-vera, constantly putting more when when your skin soaks it up. Don't irritate your skin, it will only make things worse.
ask a Doctor or use lubriderm lotion.
Use aloe vera and Visine for a quick fix
DO NOT RUB the red area or wash it too soon afterwards. Use a clean, soft, towel and some ice to relieve the redness and swelling. When the swelling and redness go down and you notice some dryer skin in that area, put some facial lotion on the area. Good Luck!
I would apply aloe vera cream, treat it like a sun burn. Be gentle.

Has anyone tried the facial hair remover pads?

they are like fine sandpaper and i would like to try them as I have a lot of hair on my top lip, my fear is that the hair will grow back course like a beard if i use these, i would be grateful to hear of anyones experience with these, thank u xHas anyone tried the facial hair remover pads?
Don't use them, I tried them like 10 years ago and they broke me out. So I just had a big ugly scab on my upper lip. How embarrassing! I didn't even have any noticeable lip hair, I just thought I did. Thank god my teenage years are over. They were very awkward.Has anyone tried the facial hair remover pads?
You're better using wax strips - the hair comes out at the roots that way and grows back over a longer period. And it doesn't come back like a beard!
They are hideous!!! Much better to use wax strips, or even pluck with tweezers - anything is better than the pads. They don't only remove the hair, they also remove the top layer of your skin. I ended up with what looked like grazed skin - really painful, and not very attractive either!
can you not bleach it? lol maybe i should stick to questions on cars and computers!
Don't do it!!! I used one once and never ever again.

You may as well be using sandpaper.

It rubs the skin raw. And then afterwards you are left with a really red area that burns like crazy and there isn't anything you can do about it except wait it out. The hair doesn't grow in thicker, but the other problems are worse.

My advice, try Nad's or something similar. It hurts for a second but is so much better in the long run.

    Good Luck!
Don't use them...they don't work like they say they will.

Try getting it bleached it-professionally! Or waxing is good!
If there's not too much of it, do you really need to do anything? Most guys are OK about women with a slight moustache.

If you do decide you have to do something, then there isn't a simple answer.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

What's the best facial hair bleach and the best facial hair cream remover ?

I looovvveee Sally Hansen's. They aren't hard on my skin and they're very affordable. they're available in the drugstore or grocery store.

Will the perscription facial hair remover/supressor Vanica, which is advertised only for women, work for men?

if not is there any other way a man can reduce facial hair growth, or eliminate it, obviously shaving is big business for certain companies, but is there a way around it?Will the perscription facial hair remover/supressor Vanica, which is advertised only for women, work for men?
The fact that it's for women only indicates it's a testosterone suppressor. Don't.

Okay girls what do you think of nair sensitive facial hair remover?

Horrible..it left like a red rash and it didn't even work Okay girls what do you think of nair sensitive facial hair remover?
    Nair doesn't work. Ever.

It smells awful, doesn't work, and leaves a rash.

If you are looking for a hair removal option (I'm guessing it's your upper lip) I would say bleaching if you have few hairs but they are dark, waxing for a temporary fix, electrolysis worked great for me, and laser treatment, while expensive, is permanent.Okay girls what do you think of nair sensitive facial hair remover?
i used nair on my upper lip and it worked great but it doesnt smell that good. of course u get a rash if u leave it on more that ten minutes just leave it on for 5 and if they dont all come off leave it for a minute more
I dont like the perfume, its too strong and it stays in your skin for days....
It smells bad and I had a reaction. Its much easier to just wax.
Um it was okay It made my legs very smooth but it doesnt remove a lot of hair

Did anybody else notice larger pores after using sally hanson facial cream hair remover?

Facial Hair remover cream or spray help?

Does anyone know of a good hair remover cream or spray for facial hair? One that works well and also keeps it from coming back quickly? thanks!Facial Hair remover cream or spray help?
Don't try to remove facial hair with a wax or spray. Not only do they not work, the hair will only come back much thicker and darker and you will regret it. Go to your doctor and have him/her refer a good Dermatologist and have it taken off with a laser. It might be a tad more expensive but it will be far less damaging.Facial Hair remover cream or spray help?
i would suggest dont go for any facial hair removal technique or dont use creams.

just mix some gram flour or wheat flour in milk and add few drops of olive oil or mustard oil. make a thin paste..apply and massage daily..this will naturally remove hair and make ur skin soft and supple.
GiGi Hair Removal Cream for the Face is a cooling Cucumber and Aloe Vera cream formula specifically designed to gently remove unsightly facial hair
just wax, thats what i do and i only have to do it every three weeks or so

Why is the hair on my face so thick? i'm a female i shaved but now i use sally hansen facial hair remover

my face broke out real bad it looks real awful. what can i do to stop the hair from growin? when i use the facial cream my face burns and strungsWhy is the hair on my face so thick? i'm a female i shaved but now i use sally hansen facial hair remover
Never shave it--it causes the hair to grow back course, kinda like the stubble a guy gets when he shaves. Aside from going to the doctor like someone mentioned ( could be a hormone thing) stick with facial removers or waxing. I know how irritating it is, but it may be in your genes. As a female, I also have unwanted facial hair growth that I take care of with hair removers. If you have the money, electrolysis is another option to permanently get rid of hair growth. Good luck!!Why is the hair on my face so thick? i'm a female i shaved but now i use sally hansen facial hair remover
LOL, dont feel bad. So did I! Report Abuse

See your Doctor to see if you have a hormone problem.
Yes, excess facial hair on a woman is probably the result of excess hormones, like testosterone. It may be genetic as well. Sometime facial hair runs in the family (thanks mom!).

The only way to permanently remove facial hair is electrolysis or laser hair removal. Unfortunately it is expensive and takes many sessions to remove all the hair.

You can try to lighten the hair with a bleach rather than removing it.

Definitely see a dermatologist or you family doc to see about the hormones.
