im self concious about my upper lip hair even though its like barely there, but i would still like to remove it.
but is this product effective?
if not what would you recommend?Is the sally hansen extra strength creme facial hair remover effective?
You should just bleach it, and in my experience, Sally Hansen products are crappy and a waste of money.
