What is the best cream facial hair remover?

I use sally hensen(I think its hensen or jensen maybe) and it has ALWAYS worked, and now years and YEARS later.. its not working as good. I want something that will work, but wont burn my skin either. I've heard of people getting like rubbing burns on their face from other products. So, please let me know what works for you!
